Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey and attic, 3-bay tenement in irregular terrace with shops at ground, lined render, raised margins.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 19th century shopfronts at ground, 3-bay to left, central door, flanking plate glass windows, low stall risers, 2-bay to right, door and window to extreme right, door to upper storeys to centre, rectangular 2-pane fanlight, 1st and 2nd floors symmetrical, stone mullioned tripartite to centre at 2nd, outer lights blind, nepus gable above, Venetian window, outer lights and round-arch blind.

N ELEVATION: adjoining 118-120 Murray Street.

S ELEVATION: adjoining 128 Murray Street.

W ELEVATION: rubble stone, irregular fenestration.

Timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; stone coped skew to N; broad brick gablehead stack to N, rendered stack to nepus.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.
