Description

Circa 1920. Large single storey and attic, Arts and Crafts influenced house. 3-bay central section with flanking single bay entrances set back. Steeply pitched roofs, overhanging eaves. Painted harl.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 3-bay central section; timber-mullioned 4-light windows at ground, 3-light piended dormers centred above. Round-arched entrance porch set-back to left, window in return. Entrance to right set back with piended roof conservatory in return, French windows and side light.

W ELEVATION: single bay end with lean-to coservatory to left and oculus to right.

E ELEVATION: single bay end with 3-light dormer.

Multi-pane leaded fixed and casement windows. Grey slate roofs. Painted, harled stacks breaking pitch to SW and SE.

BOUNDARY WALLS, GATES AND RAILINGS: low, coped, squared and coursed boundary wall to front. Simple wrought-iron railings and gates with decorative divisions.
