Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 2-bay house in irregular terrace on ground falling to rear. Rendered to front, squared rubble to rear. Blocking course.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: consoled and corniced entrance to left, 4-panel door, rectangular fanlight. Window centred above at 1st floor. Bay to right with window at ground and 1st floor, sunken piended dormer.

N ELEVATION: adjoining 24 Bridge Street.

S ELEVATION: adjoining 28/30 Bridge Street.

12-pane timber sash and case windows, modern window to dormer. Grey slate pitched roof, coped skews. Brick gablehead stacks.

BOUNDARY WALLS: rubble boundary walls to rear (W).
