Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 4-bay house in irregular terrace on ground falling to rear. Lined and bull-faced render to front, squared rubble to rear. Raised quoins. Base course, band course above ground floor, eaves cornice.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Paired doorways with common cornice to centre, 6-panel doors, rectangular fanlights with fine curvilinear glazing. 2 windows above at 1st floor, bays flanking with window at ground and 1st floors. 2 bowed dormers set above inner and outer bays.

N ELEVATION: adjoining 28/30 Bridge Street.

S ELEVATION: adjoining 36 Bridge Street.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate pitched roof, coped skews. Brick gablehead stacks.

BOUNDARY WALLS: rubble boundary walls to rear (W).
