Description

Mid-19th century. Single storey and attic, rectangular-plan cottage, made L-plan by single storey bay to rear. Stugged coursers and snecked rubble to front with quoin strips, random rubble elsewhere, slate roof. Eight-pane sash and case windows, smooth margined to front; deep eaves with plain bargeboards, linked corniced end stacks rising through eaves.

South Elevation: panelled door with fanlight to centre left, window to right, rooflight and bipartite dormer above; slightly advanced gable to left, bipartite window with slab canopy to ground floor, round-headed window to attic gable.

West Gable: window.

North Elevation and East Gable: not seen.

Interior: not seen.

Boundary Walls: rubble boundary walls.
