Description

Early 19th century, 3-storey and attic, 3-bay tenement, with shop at ground in irregular terrace. Stugged ashlar to front, harled to rear, plain margins.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: modern shopfront to right at ground, plate glass, deep fascia board, pend entrance to left, 1st and 2nd floors symmetrical, smaller windows at 1st, 2 canted dormers.

N ELEVATION: adjoining 100/102 High Street.

S ELEVATION: adjoining 110-116 High Street.

W ELEVATION: pend entrance to right, panelled door to left in pend, single bay above pend, timber mullioned bipartite at 1st floor, No 108 adjoining to left.

Timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; stone skew and skewputt to N; large brick stack on party wall to N.

INTERIOR: 1st floor reduced to mezzanine to increase height of shop.
