51 Cameron Street, Stonehaven

51 Cameron Street in Stonehaven is an earlier 19th century house that has been altered at the rear. This plain, two-storey and attic, three-bay structure completes a long terrace and adjoins the parish church in the new town area. The exterior is harled.

On the north (principal) elevation, there is a modern timber door at the center of the ground floor, with windows in the flanking bays and a regular arrangement of windows on the first floor.

The south (Carron Terrace) elevation has been altered and features a full-height projecting canted bay along with canted dormer windows.

The roof is covered with grey slates, and the windows are timber sash and case with 4-pane and plate glass glazing patterns. The building has broad, coped harled and brick stacks, some with cans, including a tall stack on the east side that has a thackstane. There is an ashlar-coped skew on the west side.
