Description

Earlier 19th century, altered to rear. Plain 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house closing long terrace and abutting parish church in Stonehaven's new town. Harled.

N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: modern timber door to centre at ground, windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration to 1st floor.

S (CARRON TERRACE) ELEVATION: altered elevation with full-height projecting canted bay and canted dormer windows.

Grey slates. 4-pane and plate glass glazing patterns in timber sash and case windows. Broad coped harled and brick stacks with some cans, that to E towering and with thackstane. Ashlar-coped skew to W.
