Description
45 Cameron Street is an earlier 19th-century, two-storey and attic terraced house located in the new town of Stonehaven. The building features squared and coursed rubble with harl applied to the rear.
On the north (principal) elevation, there is a bay to the left at ground level, which has a modern timber door and a plate glass fanlight. Adjacent to this bay is a window to the left and another window to the right. The first floor contains two windows.
The south elevation, facing Carron Terrace, has a ground floor with a modern addition and a single window to the left at the first floor. Above this, there is a polygonal-roofed canted dormer.
The house is fitted with top-opening hardwood windows and is covered with grey slates. It features coped ashlar stacks with thackstanes and cans, as well as ashlar-coped skews.
