Description

Before 1823. Pair of 2-storey and 2-storey with attic, 3-bay houses in longer terrace in Stonehaven's new town. Large blocks of squared and coursed rubble.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: each house symmetrical with centre door, windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration to 1st floor. No 44 (at left) with full width box dormer.

Modern non-traditional glazing. Grey slates. Coped squared rubble stacks with cans. Ashlar-coped skew to E.
