Description

36 Balkerach Street in Doune is a pair of late 18th century houses that stand two storeys tall with an attic and feature six windows. The buildings are constructed of rubble with painted raised margins, and they have stugged ashlar quoins and dressings. Each house has a central door, and there is one later ground floor window added to no 32. The roofs have straight skews, with two end stacks and an axial stack. No 34 has a slate roof, while no 32 has a modern asbestos roof. Both houses also feature large modern rear dormers.
