Description
The Aberdeen and Stonehaven Yacht Club is an early 19th-century, four-storey, three-bay rectangular-plan building that was originally a warehouse. It is currently used as a yacht club. The ground floor is rendered, while the upper floors are harled.
On the east (principal) elevation, there are three modern glazed doors at the ground level, along with a broad opening featuring a modern door and timber infill in the right bay. The centre and left bays above have regular fenestration, while the right bay contains former loading openings that are partially blocked with timber at the first and second floors, and a window at the third floor.
The windows are timber sash and case with a plate glass glazing pattern. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped gablehead stacks and ashlar-coped skews.
