Description

Early 19th century, altered. 2-storey, 3-bay, L-plan house in prominent and critically sited position overlooking harbour. Rendered with raised margins.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Modern door to centre bay at ground with small window above, enlarged bipartite windows in flanking bays at each floor, and 2 modern rooflights.

N ELEVATION: gabled elevation with small window to left of centre at ground and outer right chamfered angle corbelled to square above ground.

Out-of character modern glazing throughout. Grey slates. Coped rendered stacks with cans. Ashlar-coped skews.
