Description

Late 17th century with later alterations. 2-storey and cellar, 3-bay, rectangular-plan house on falling ground, with gable to harbour. Harled with ashlar margins. Chamfered arrises.

S ELEVATION: part-obscured at ground by communal steps and pathway rising to W. 3 small irregularly-disposed windows at ground and regular fenestration at 1st floor. 2 modern catslide dormer windows above.

E (SHOREHEAD) ELEVATION: gabled elevation with window to outer right at each floor.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: door on return to left of modern, single storey addition projecting at ground right; single (stair?) window to centre above.

Plate glass glazing in modern timber sash and case-effect windows. Grey slates. Coped gablehead stacks with cans; ashlar-coped skews with moulded skewputts.
