Description

Circa 1820. 2-storey and dormerless attic, wide 3-bay S facing house. Harled, plain reveals. Centre entrance with double leaf panelled door and rectangular fanlight. 1st floor window and diminutive attic light in W gable. 12-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Masonry

end stacks; 2 modern Velux roof lights; flat skews and dark pottery ridge; slate roof. Modern single storey flat-roofed kitchen extension at E gable.

INTERIOR: decorative plaster cornices to ground and lst floor former parlour (W), the latter with moulded skirting boards, dado rail and original wooden chimney piece with fluted jambs. Mural alcove to accommodate grandfather clock at foot of stairs.
