94, 96 High Street, Stonehaven

This mid 19th century, two-storey and attic, three-bay terraced house features a shop on the ground floor and a splayed bay on the west side, constructed from stugged ashlar.

On the south elevation, the ground floor includes a vertically-boarded shop door and a two-pane fanlight above the splayed bay on the left. The center has a bipartite window with a fluted mullion and fascia, while the right side features a four-panelled timber door with an etched fanlight in the bay. The first floor has two windows located between the bays, and above are two slate-hung, polygonal-roofed, canted dormers, along with a small traditional rooflight near the ridge on the right.

The windows have a four-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case style. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped ashlar stacks with thackstanes and polygonal cans, as well as ashlar-coped skews with block skewputts.
