Brussels Cottage dates to 1878. It is a single-storey and attic cottage with two windows and a central door, featuring canted dormers. The building is listed for its group value only, recognising its contribution to the surrounding area’s character. The listing covers both the interior and exterior of the cottage, as appropriate for a building of this type. It was previously graded as B, but was re-categorised as C(S) in 2006 to reflect this group interest.
