Description
This is a probably early 19th century single-storey cottage with two windows and a central door located at 47 North Deeside Road, Kincardine O'Neil, previously known as 'Fereneze'. The cottage has a grey slated roof and a chimney stack on the east gable end. It features cast iron rainwater goods, and a glass panel above the door is etched with the name 'The Grove'. The listing reflects the group value of the building, which means that both the interior and exterior are protected. Historic maps from 1866 and 1899 show the building's location on Ordnance Survey maps of the Aberdeen area.
