Description

This is an early 19th century, three-bay, symmetrical, two-storey terraced house situated on the main street of Kincardine O’Neil. The house is constructed from coursed granite blocks. The front has three pitched stone dormer windows to the first floor, with the central dormer being taller than those on either side.

The roof is slate, with clay ridges and a ridge stack. The timber entrance door has margined glazing and the windows are 12-pane timber sash and case.

The listing reflects the building's group value and applies to both the interior and exterior. It was re-categorised from B Group to C(S) in 2006. The statutory address is 43 and 45 North Deeside Road, Kincardine O’Neil. It was previously listed as Garage House.
