41 North Deeside Road, Kincardine O'Neil

This is an early 19th-century, two-storey, single-bay terraced house and former shop located on the main street of Kincardine O’Neil. The building is constructed from coursed granite blocks. A bowed former shop window is present on the ground floor, directly above which is a small, single-pitched dormer window with a stone front.

The roof is covered with slate and features clay ridges and a central chimney stack. A non-traditional entrance door with a glazed panel sits to one side. The windows are timber sash and case windows with multiple panes.

The statutory address and listed building record were revised in 2018, reflecting a previous listing under the name ‘Petrol Station Premises, Kincardine O’Neil’. Historic maps from 1867 show the building as it appeared at that time.
