Description

Circa 1870-80. Single storey and attic, 5-bay house (formerly 2 dwellings) with canted angled bay at SE. Dark whinstone tooled rubble with contrasting painted courses, contrasting tooled sandstone dressings, harled return gable. Entrance with letterbox fanlight in bay 4 flanked by single window right and 2 at left, all with long and short dressings. Conspicuously corbelled canted angle with window. Slated wallhead canted dormers in outer bays. 2-pane timber sash

and case glazing in ground floor windows, similar 2- and 4-pane in dormers. Coped end tooled rubble stacks; slate roof with Velux rooflight.
