11-13 Hadden Street, Aberdeen

11-13 Hadden Street is a mid-19th century, three-storey and attic, two-by-three-bay corner tenement building that features a public house on the ground floor. The exterior is constructed from coursed granite rubble with ashlar margins and a band course. The building has a bowed corner with a recessed entrance that includes a panelled timber door. The ground floor showcases etched plate glass, with narrow panes of engraved, coloured Art Nouveau glass above. There are timber stall risers and a fascia, along with a decorative metal-bracketed clock on the first storey facing Hadden Street. Late 20th-century dormers have been added to the north side.

The upper floors predominantly feature timber plate glass sash and case windows, with curved glazing in the corner bay. The roof is covered with grey slate and has broad gable stacks.

Inside, some original timber panelling remains from 2006.
