Description

Later 19th century. 4-storey and attic 3-bay classical tenement building with gabled rear elevation (W) to Stirling Street. Grey granite ashlar with finely tooled dressings. Consoled cornices to entrance at right and 1st storey windows. Band courses. Cornice and blocking course. Segmental arched windows with aprons to top storey. Timber pedimented dormers.

Predominantly timber sash and case windows to upper floors.

INTERIOR: not seen at time of survey ( 2006).
