J and W Wittet, circa 1935. 3 linked blocks, centre 2-storey with attached single storey front block, side pavilions single storey, low linking corriders. Squared granite rubble. Multi-pane sash and case windows to main block, modern glazing in pavilions. Piended slate roofs, flat-roofed corridors. Random stacks.
