Description
A two-storey/ two-bay house set back on a lane off the west side of Tullyframe Road. Pitched natural slate roof with dark terracotta ridge tiles and overhanging boxed bargeboards to each gable. There is a rendered, painted and coped chimney to each gable. Half round metal rainwater goods. The walls are smooth lined rendered and painted. Main elevation faces south east. Entrance is slightly left of centre. Modern partly glazed timber door. All windows to façade are 1/1 sliding sashes with horns, exposed boxes and painted granite cills. There is one window to left of front door and one to right. To first floor there are three windows, all in line with those below but diminished in height. Left and right gable walls are blank. The rear elevation has, at left of centre, a t+g sheeted painted timber door set within a projecting flat roofed porch (corrugated iron roof and rendered walls). All windows to this elevation have horns, exposed boxes and flush painted cills. To left of door is a pair of narrow 1/1 sliding sash windows. To right of door is a 1/1 sliding sash. To first floor there are two window openings, both 1/1 sashes. The left is directly in line with that below, but narrower. That to right is left of the one below. Modern blockwork wall to front and an entrance gate at right of house. Behind the house, at right is a small water pump (with ‘flag’ logo).
