Single-storey (+attic) / three-bay house, south facing, on west side of Tullyframe Road. Pitched natural slate roof with tiled verges and cast-iron skylight to front pitch. Two chimneys, both painted, rendered and coped: one to left gable and the other on party wall between middle and right bay. No rainwater goods. All walls are painted wet dash with raised eaves course. Main entrance is on central bay and consists of a t+g sheeted door set within a slightly projecting gabled porch with pitched natural slate roof and walls as facade. Each bay has a 3/3 sliding sash with painted granite cill. Right gable is blank. Left gable has a small 1/1 sliding sash to right of chimney at attic level. Rear elevation is abutted to central and left bays by a lean-to return. Remaining wall to right is blank. The return has a corrugated asbestos roof and painted random rubble walls. There are two windows in its rear wall: that to left contains a pair of small timber casements and that to right is a larger 1/1 sliding sash. Both have concrete cills which indicate a more recent addition to the house. Right cheek of return has a modern plywood door and the left cheek is blank. Small tarmaced area to front. To rear is a two-storey barn and a single storey outhouse.
