This is a mid-terrace two-storey house with a shop on the ground floor, built around 1800 on Ballynahinch Street in Hillsborough town centre. The building's ground floor has been refurbished to accommodate a modern shop. Subsequent alterations to its proportions and detailing mean that it does not meet the criteria for formal listing. It was initially surveyed in the First Survey but not listed, and a partial survey was taken during the Second Survey due to insufficient architectural interest. The building was formerly used as a terraced house and is now a terraced shop.
