The Pharmacy, at 12-14 Lisburn Street, Hillsborough, is a two-storey, five-bay mid-terrace commercial premises with an integral carriage arch, situated on the west side of Lisburn Street in Hillsborough town centre. Originally a house in a terrace, it has been fully refurbished and extended to accommodate a modern pharmacy. This extensive renovation has resulted in the loss of the original proportions and a detrimental alteration of the building's historic character. A partial survey was undertaken, but the building is not considered worthy of a full survey or listing.
