Description

This is an early nineteenth-century mid-terrace commercial building of two storeys with an attic, situated on Lisburn Street in Hillsborough town centre. The building, formerly and currently used as shops within a terrace, has been restored in recent years. This restoration included the replacement of windows and the installation of a modern shop front to the ground floor. It was surveyed during the First Survey but not listed, and a Partial Survey was taken during the Second Survey, as it was deemed not to possess sufficient interest to warrant a full Second Survey.
