Description

This is a late eighteenth-century two-storey-with-attic building originally designed as a shop and flats, situated on the west side of Lisburn Street in Hillsborough town centre. The building was surveyed during the First Survey but not listed. A partial survey was taken during the Second Survey, as it was determined not to possess sufficient interest to merit a full survey. It has recently been converted for commercial use, with a modern shop front installed to the ground floor and the interior refurbished. The building's former use was as a shop in a terrace, and its current use aligns with this as a shop and terrace. It is not a listed building and holds neither architectural nor historical interest.
