This is an early nineteenth-century two-storey mid-terrace house on Lisburn Street in Hillsborough town centre. It was surveyed during the First and Second Surveys, but has not been formally listed. The building has been modified and refurbished in recent years, and alterations include the repositioning of the entrance and windows on the front elevation. It was formerly and currently serves as a terraced house.
