Description

This is an early-nineteenth century, two-storey mid-terrace house situated on Lisburn Street in Hillsborough town centre. It was initially surveyed in the First Survey but was not listed. A partial record was taken during the Second Survey, as it was deemed not worthy of a full survey. Recent refurbishment work, including the replacement of windows with uPVC, a new entrance door, and a new roof, has significantly altered the original character of the building. It was formerly and currently used as a terraced house. The building is not listed, and possesses neither architectural nor historical interest.
