This is a diminutive, single-bay, two-storey terrace house situated on Lisburn Street in Hillsborough, County Down. The building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed, and a partial survey was taken during the Second Survey, as it was deemed not of sufficient interest for a full Second Survey. Located within a group setting of similar properties, it has undergone inappropriate alterations which have negatively impacted its historic character.
