This is a two-storey, mid-terrace building situated on a corner plot, dating from the early 19th century. The building has been significantly altered, featuring replacement chimneystacks and modern shop fronts on the ground floor. Originally used as a house, it is now a shop. A partial record was taken during the Second Survey, but the building is not considered worthy of a full survey or listing.
