This is an early nineteenth-century semi-detached two-storey house with a shop on the ground floor, situated on Main Street in Hillsborough. It was partially surveyed during the Second Survey, but not considered worthy of a full survey or listing. The building retains replacement windows and a modern shop-front. It was formerly used as a shop and is part of a terrace. Currently, it functions as a house within a terrace. It is not listed and possesses neither architectural nor historical interest.
