This is an asymmetrical, mid-terrace, two-storey house dating from the early nineteenth century, situated on Ballynahinch Street in Hillsborough town centre. The building, originally a house in a terrace, is currently used as a house in a terrace. It has been altered and refurbished in recent years. While surveyed in initial assessments, the building does not possess sufficient architectural or historical interest to warrant listing.
