This property comprises three two-storey houses forming part of an early-nineteenth century terrace on Ballynahinch Street in Hillsborough town centre. It was surveyed during the First Survey, but not listed, and a partial survey was conducted during the Second Survey, though it was deemed not of sufficient interest to warrant a full survey. Various modifications and refurbishments have diminished the architectural interest of the group. The building's former and current use is as a terrace of houses. It is not a listed building.
