Description

7 Park Lane is an early-nineteenth century two-storey end-terrace house situated in the town centre of Hillsborough, County Down. The building is constructed of rubble stone with red-brick dressings. It has been recently fully refurbished, including replacement windows and a new front door. The building was initially surveyed in the First Survey but not listed, and a partial survey was taken during the Second Survey as it was deemed not to be of sufficient interest to warrant a full survey. It is not considered to be of special architectural or historical interest.
