This building, formerly a house within a terrace, is now a house within a terrace. It was initially surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed at that time. A partial survey was taken during the Second Survey, but the original two-storey dwelling has since been demolished and replaced with a modern two-storey brick house. The building is not currently listed.
