Description
This is an isolated stone cross memorial located on the bank of an overgrown and disused lane near Rosslea, County Fermanagh. The sandstone cross stands approximately 1.2 metres high and bears no markings. Its date is currently uncertain, as the structure is too small to appear on Ordnance Survey maps. Historical accounts suggest the cross served as a resting point for funeral processions, where offerings were frequently left. The memorial is privately owned and is currently used as a memorial.
