This is a two-storey, three-bay wide corner building with a shopfront facing onto both Ann Street and the corner. The building was recently rebuilt between 1980 and 1999, replicating the appearance of an earlier structure likely erected in the 1890s. The Ann Street elevation features two large, two-pane shop windows separated by a masonry pier and framed by fluted pilasters. A recessed corner entrance is formed by an overhanging first-floor corner acting as a canopy, supported by two slender decorative cast iron columns. The framed and glazed entrance door, with a rectangular fanlight, connects inwards to narrow display windows on either side. Above the shop windows is a long fascia with painted lettering, featuring a cornice and moulded framing. The first floor has three double-hung, two-pane sash windows. A corbel course is positioned beneath a half-round metal gutter, with a single downpipe. The walls are smooth, rendered, and painted, while the roof is covered with natural slates, incorporating hip and plain ridge tiles. The return facade around the corner replicates the shopfront design, with a name fascia extending halfway across the gable. The first floor of the return façade also features two double-hung, two-pane sash windows. Walls and roofs match the façade on Ann Street. Within the recessed entrance area, the original mosaic flooring has been retained, bearing the name "Craig." The building is located within a conservation area and was formerly used as a grocer’s shop, occupied by Craig.
