This is a late 19th century, two-and-a-half storey terrace house located in Ballycastle, County Antrim. It forms part of a longer terrace, and is one of three houses grouped closely together. The house has a narrow frontage and is two bays wide. The ground floor features a panelled front door flanked by pilasters, a narrow painted wall section, and a narrow three-pane fixed window with a small opening vent, both also flanked by pilasters. Above the door and window is a decorative fascia with a cornice, though the name is now missing. First floor windows are widely spaced double-hung sliding sash windows with two panes each. A large gabled dormer, which is slightly too large for the terrace, breaks the eaves line and contains two small two-pane windows, the top pane of which opens as a vent. The roof is slate, with a brick chimney stack along the ridge. The house has short lengths of half-round metal guttering and two downpipes. The exterior brickwork is unplastered but painted. A basement is present. The property was likely constructed towards the end of the 19th century and has undergone recent renovation. It sits within a conservation area.
