This is a narrow, two-storey, two-bay terrace house located in Ballycastle, County Antrim. Likely built between 1880 and 1899, it has recently undergone renovation and features a pleasing, traditional shopfront.

The building is almost symmetrical, with a four-panelled door and fanlight above, a narrow pier, a large shop window divided into four round-headed panes, and a panelled shopfront. Pilasters support a fascia extending over the windows and door, framed by a cornice with good painted lettering. Above, at the first floor, are two four-pane double-hung sash windows. A corbel course supports a half-round metal gutter and a single downpipe. The brickwork is painted, and the roof is covered in natural slate. Chimney stacks are positioned at each end of the building. A basement is present, and the house is one of three in a longer terrace; house number 75 has a noticeably higher roofline.

The building lies within the Town Parks townland and is located within a conservation area. The current occupants use the building as an office, continuing its former use as an office within a terrace.
