Description

Largely plain, two storey double-fronted rendered terrace house of probable mid to later 19th century construction, now with PVC windows and doors. The property is set on the east side of Main Street, Ballywalter. The front (W) elevation is symmetrical with a central PVC door, with a single PVC window to either side and three to the first floor. The façade is finished in plain painted render with simulated (painted) quoins. To the rear is a single storey lean to kitchen/porch extension with PVC windows and door. On either side of this, to the main house, is a single PVC window, with three to the first floor. To the far left on the ground floor is a small shed-like extension. Pitched roof with Bangor blue slates and two rendered chimney stacks. Cast iron rw goods. The facade is finished in lined render and painted.
