This is a small, plain, two-storey terrace house, likely constructed in the late 19th century, with a large, two-storey gabled extension to the rear. It is situated on the east side of Main Street in Ballywalter.

The front elevation, facing roughly west, is asymmetrical and features a modern timber and glazed front door to the right and a sash window with horizontal astragals to the left. There are two similar windows on the first floor. The rear extension is a full-height gable with a double sash window on the first floor; a sash window matching the front is present to the ground and first floors of the main house. The roof is slated, and a shared red brick chimney is present. Cast iron rainwater goods are also visible. The facade has been rendered and painted.

Historical records, including Ordnance Survey maps from 1834, show a terrace on this site. In 1837, the Ordnance Survey Memoirs described Ballywalter as having low-slung stone cottages, primarily single-storey, slated and whitewashed. It is believed that the terrace was originally mainly one storey high and that this house was neither heightened nor newly built in the later 19th century.
