This is a relatively small, plain two-storey double-fronted terrace house, likely constructed in the mid to later 19th century, situated on the south side of Main Street, Ballywalter. The roof is pitched and covered with Bangor blue slates, featuring a mainly rendered chimney stack to the south. The facade is finished with plain render and painted. The front elevation is symmetrical, with a central PVC-framed front door flanked by single modern PVC windows on the ground floor, and three similar windows on the first floor. The rear of the property features a large flat-roofed kitchen extension with a large PVC window. The main house has three PVC windows to the first floor and one to the ground floor on its left side. The building currently has PVC windows and doors.

An 1834 Ordnance Survey map shows a terrace on this site. Historical records indicate that in 1837, Ballywalter consisted of low-rise, stone-constructed cottages, many with slated roofs and whitewashed exteriors. It is probable that this terrace was originally single-storey and either raised in height or newly built in the mid to later 19th century, likely between 1860 and 1879.
