Single and two storey block of two houses set on the NE side of the Lisbane Road c.2.5 miles N of Killinchy. When first surveyed in January 1974 this property was much longer, however since that time a large section to the S has been demolished. This block sits right on the side of the road with thick greenery immediately to the rear, largely obscuring the rear facade. The building appears to have been renovated somewhat in recent times but appears to be vacant. Front SW facade of the two storey section (to the NW), has a timber sheeted door to the right and a sash window, with horizontal astragal, to the left. Directly above the door is a smaller, similar window. The NW gable is blank and has a dilapidated (mainly) wooden shed attached. There appear to be no openings to the rear of this section (which is inaccessible due to thick tree and shrub growth). The front facade of the single storey section has a timber sheeted door to the right of centre, with two windows (as before) to the left of this and another to the right of the door. The SE gable is blank. There appear to be no openings to the rear. The entire facade is finished in roughcast The roof of both sections is gabled and covered in asbestos slates, with two rendered chimney stacks and PVC rw goods. The single storey section was thatched when first surveyed in 1974.
