Description

Relatively small one and a half storey terrace house of c.1890 with gabled half dormers and moulded window surrounds, possibly a remodelling of an older dwelling. The property is set within a mixed terrace on the NW side of Main Street, Greyabbey. Front facade finished in rough cast with plain moulded quoins. The gabled roof is slated and has a single centred yellow brick chimney stack; barges on gables match moulding around windows. The front SE elevation is asymmetrical and has a timber panelled door, with plain fanlight, to left, all encased with plain pilasters, lintel frieze and cornice. To the left of doorway are three sash windows with simple moulded surrounds. To upper floor are two similar windows set in gabled half dormers. Cill course to upper floor windows incorporates cast iron ogee gutter and three short (square) gutters, run from another ogee gutter eaves course, to this. NE gable blank and rendered. No access to rear.
