This is a plain, modern-looking, single-storey gabled terraced dwelling located on the northwest side of Main Street in Greyabbey. Originally two houses built around 1840, the property was amalgamated and modernised in 1989. The roof is covered in asbestos slates and has a slight overhang, with a long, flat-roofed dormer to the rear. Chimney stacks have been removed. The facade is finished in rough cast with a chamfered plinth to the front, and features PVC windows and doors. The front (southeast) elevation is asymmetrical, with a centrally located timber and glazed door, a two-pane PVC window to the left, and two more to the right. There are three tiled steps leading to the front door, and a recessed metal garage door is situated on the far right. The southwest gable is blank. Rear elevations also feature PVC doors and windows. According to the current owner, the house was built in 1840 and converted into a single property, alongside modernization, in 1989.
