Description

Demolished and not replaced, and the site now occupied by a roadway. Described in the first survey in 1970 as "An L-shaped house, two storeys high, five bays wide on each façade. The walls are rendered and the roof is slated. All windows but one, which is plain sashed, have full glazing bars on the Ballymena Road elevation, and, all but two, which have coloured glazing, have full glazing bars on the Randalstown Road elevation. Both entrances are surmounted by segmental-arched fanlights, that on the Ballymena Road side has radial glazing."
