Description

Demolished and site remains vacant. Described in the first survey in 1971 as "A pair of two-storey houses; the roof of the western house is thatched; eaves line is considerably lower than the slated house. Walls are harled and whitened, chimneys are brick. The thatched house is three bays wide, all windows are triple except for a 6-pane in the ground floor, all in small recesses. The part glazed door in a square headed opening is flanked by sidelights. The sheeted public house door is flanked either side by small square windows, each four panes wide. The dwelling house door is surmounted by a patterned fanlight. There are two D/H windows with full glazing bars on the upper storey. All windows in small recesses."
